私たちが立つこの大地は、長い年月をかけて生成された土で主に構成されているが、建築や土木の建設プロセスで大量の残土が発生している。この作品は、廃棄物として捨てられる土をテクノロジーによって生まれ変わらせ、積極的に利用していく未来社会のためのプロジェクトの第一歩として計画した、大きな芝生広場に浮かぶ群島のようなランドスケープである。座ったり寝そべることができる有機的な形状の土のオブジェを離散的に配置することで、パブリックな場に様々な居方を人々に許容する。
The ground we stand on is primarily composed of soil that has formed over many years. However, the construction processes in architecture and civil engineering generate large amounts of surplus soil. This project is planned as the first step towards a future society that revitalizes discarded soil through technology and actively utilizes it. It envisions a landscape resembling an archipelago floating in a large grass square. By discretely placing organically shaped soil objects that people can sit or lie on, the project allows for various forms of occupancy in public spaces.
